Smartbuild may consider granting an extension if you are unable to pay an invoice by the due date. To apply for an extension of payment, drop us an email a couple of business days before the due date using the
contact form.
Please make sure the email contains the invoice number, the amount due and a note saying when you will be able to make payment. We will then make an assessment as to whether an extension can be granted and will reply to you accordingly.
Please note that while Smartbuild will consider all requests received, such requests are not automatically approved.
