If you choose to downgrade your Smartbuild premium account to a free account, you will be issued with an account closing invoice. The invoice will outline any and all outstanding fee's due to Smartbuild since your last paid invoice until the downgrade request date. Once payment has been made, your premium account is then downgraded to a free account.
You can always upgrade to a premium account at any time from within your account settings. Upgrades are processed automatically and in real time.
