If any customer believes they have identified fraudulent or invalid clicks on their account, they should contact Smartbuild immediately using the contact form. We will then work with you to identify the source of the clicks, whether the clicks are fraudulent and what steps to take next. Smartbuild will also credit any fraudulent or invalid 'paid for' clicks on your next invoice.

Please be aware:
Fraudulent clicks or tampering with listings on Smartbuild is a serious criminal offence. If any fraudulent activity is identified, Smartbuild will pass on all logged data (including IP Addresses and other identification data) to the affected parties, our legal representatives and relevant law enforcement agencies.
