Q. What is the monthly budget?

Premium account holders can simply set the amount they're willing to spend for the month and Smartbuild does the rest.

How does it work?

To prevent you from spending more than your set budget, our system modifies your premium listing into a free listing once your budget is reached for the month.

And it's totally automated, just set and forget.

A notification email or SMS is sent to you when 80% of your budget has been used, so you don't have to monitor your account status. When the new month begins, your account is upgraded back into a premium account format with the same budget settings as the previous month.

The budgeting tool is wonderfully simple to use and gives you:

* Total control over how much you spend.
* Continuous exposure to potential customers even after your budget is reached (in a temporary free listing format for the remainder of the month).
* The flexibility to increase or decrease your budget at any time during the month.

You only ever pay for the clicks your listing receives, so if your budget is $30 but you receive $12.50 in clicks, you only pay the $12.50
